DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("MLAIDB")
With reference to the final dividend announcement, the Directors of Mittal
Steel South Africa Limited have declared a final dividend of 204 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 26 March 2007 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 23
March 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, MLAIDB,
will receive a Mittal Steel South Africa Limited final dividend of 204
cents per security on Monday, 26 March 2007 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to
participate in the dividend will be Thursday, 15 March 2007.
MLAIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 16 March 2007, and the record
date will be Friday, 23 March 2007.
