DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SHP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SHOPRITE
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to SHOPRITE HOLDINGS LIMITED (SHP) the Trustees of the SHP Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 35 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 19 March 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 March 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
