DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MLA SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MITTAL STEEL SOUTH
AFRICA LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LTD (MLA) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 204 cents per share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 26 March 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 15 March 2007. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 16 March 2007, the
record date will be Friday, 23 March 2007.
