CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the announcement on board changes on 6 October 2006, the office of a
Director became vacant. Article 12.8 of the Articles of Association of Brait
allows the Board to elect a replacement Director until the next General Meeting
of shareholders.
