In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
unitholders are advised that L C Tapping, previously an alternate director to R
R Perkin and C J Ewin, has been appointed as an executive director with effect
from 21 February 2007.
Further to this, C J Ewin, currently a non-executive director, will assume the
role of executive director with effect from 21 February 2007.
