TRADING UPDATE
Linked unitholders are advised that the distribution per linked unit for the
twelve months ending 28 February 2007 is expected to be between 15% and 20%
higher than that of the prior comparative period.
The abovementioned financial information has not been reviewed or reported on by
the company`s auditors and the results for the twelve months ending 28 February
2007 are expected to be released on or about Friday, 20 April 2007.
