Resignation of a director
In compliance with JSE Listings Requirements, rule 3.59, Spescom herewith
advises the resignation of non-executive alternate director, Mr C Rezek,
from the board of Spescom Limited, with effect from 20 February 2007.
Mr Rezek was appointed to the Spescom Limited board on 13 May 2004 and
Spescom`s board of directors extend their gratitude to him for his years of
service.
