notice is hereby given that M C Norris, an executive director of Tiger
Brands Limited, has disposed of 436 ordinary shares of 10 cents each in
Tiger Brands Limited, being shares that were beneficially held by M C
Norris.
436 shares were disposed of on 20 February 2007 at the price reflected
hereunder:

In accordance with the provisions of clause 3.66 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, clearance to deal was given to M C Norris
by the Chairman of the Board of Tiger Brands Limited, prior to his disposal
