Limited, the following is advised:
The company hereby announces the appointment of Mr G Sequeira as an Alternate
Director to Mr M Faku and Mr M K Diale of Calulo. This appointment is with
effect from 19 February 2007. This appointment is in accordance with the
provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
