DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the board has declared an interest distribution of
10.5 cents per linked unit, in respect of the interim two month period to 31
December 2006. The last day to trade cum distribution will be Friday, 9 March
2007. The linked units will commence trading ex distribution as from Monday, 12
March 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007. The distribution
will be paid on Monday, 19 March 2007.
Linked unit certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 12 March 2007 and Friday, 16 March 2007, both days inclusive.
