CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GND SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for GRINROD
LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating to
GRINROD LIMITED (GND) the Trustees of the GND Share Instalment have declared a
capital reduction amount of 38 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 19 March 2007.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 9 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 12 March 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
