CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIP
The board of directors regret to announce the passing away of Dr. Adelaide
Frances Tambo a director of the company. Our thoughts are with Tembi Tambo an
executive Director and also with the rest of the family and close friends.
Adelaide Tambo`s wisdom and support for the vision of the Company will be sorely
missed. May she finally rest in peace.
In terms of the JSE regulation 3.59 we hereby announce that due to the passing
away of Dr Tambo that she is no longer a director of the company with effect
from 31 January 2007.
