The Board of Jubilee Platinum plc (the "Company") received notification today,  
in accordance with part IV of the Companies Act 1985, that there has been a     
change in the holding of Artemis Investment Management Ltd ("Artemis") in the   
Company`s equity.  Prior to the change, Artemis held 3,226,250 shares           
(representing 4.08% of the company`s share capital). Artemis currently own      
3,126,250 shares in Jubilee Platinum plc, representing 3.95% of the issued share
capital of the company.
