DECLARED DIVIDEND AND DEBENTURE INTEREST ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES
LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GRTIDA")
With reference to the dividend and debenture interest announcement, the
Directors of Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared a second interim
dividend of 0.015 cents per share and interest payment of 14.985 cents per
debenture, payable on Monday, 19 March 2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in
the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 16 March 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRTIDA,
will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited second interim dividend of 0.015
cents per share and a debenture interest payment of 14.985 cents on Monday, 19
March 2007 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between
the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the
dividend and debenture interest) in order to participate in the dividend and
debenture interest will be Friday, 9 March 2007.
GRTIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend and
debenture interest from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 March 2007,
and the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
