Results of general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the ordinary resolutions giving effect to and
approving the acquisition by Corporate Guarantee & Insurance Company of Namibia
Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nictus, of the remaining 34.856%
shareholding in Futeni Collections (Proprietary) Limited, considered a related
party transaction (the "transaction") and proposed at the general meeting of
shareholders held on Friday, 23 February 2007, were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders. Details of the transaction were disclosed in a
circular to Nictus shareholders dated and posted on 8 February 2007.
