REVISED TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on SENS on 31
January 2007 regarding the financial information for the six months ended 31
December 2006, and are advised that subsequent to the release of the
aforementioned trading statement, certain amendments have arisen as a result of
reconsideration of estimates and adjustments and accordingly:
earnings per share are expected to be 310% to 330% higher than those published
for the previous corresponding period; and
headline earnings per share are expected to be 60% to 80% lower than those
published for the previous corresponding period.
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on
by Glenrand M I B`s auditors. The Group`s results for the six months ended 31
December 2006 are expected to be published on or about 26 February 2007.
