DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 0.015 cents per share instalment that is payable
on Monday, 19 March 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 March 2007. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 March 2007 and the record date
will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
