INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the interest amount payable for GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED and that as a result of the interest declaration
relating to GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared an interest amount of 14.985 cents per
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 19 March 2007.
The last day to trade cum interest is Friday, 9 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex interest from Monday, 12 March 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
