DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLO AMERICAN
PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ANGLO
AMERICAN PLC (AGL) the Trustees of the AGL Share Instalment have declared
a dividend amount of 533.55 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Thursday, 3 May 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 09 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 March 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
