REVISED SALIENT DATES RELATING TO THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT REACHED BETWEEN NRB
RISK SOLUTIONS LIMITED AND THE COMPANY.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 23 January 2007 in which
details of the settlement agreement reached between NRB Risk Solutions
Limited and the company were advised, together with the proposed date of
general meeting of shareholders in order to approve the settlement
agreement.
As a result of a delay in the finalisation of certain information to be
contained in the circular, the date of the general meeting of shareholders,
which was to have been 13 March 2007, has been changed to 26 March 2007 or
any other later date to be advised by Samrand to its shareholders.
