    Shareholders are advised that Mr Du Toit Britz has tendered his resignation 
    as the Financial Director of the company with effect from 23 March 2007.    
    Du Toit has decided to leave for personal reasons and will be relocating to 
Cape Town.  An announcement regarding his replacement will be made in due   
    course.                                                                     
    The board thanks Du Toit for his contribution to the company and wishes him 
    well for the future.
