CHANGES TO THE BOARD
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James Ramage as Financial
Director of the Company with effect from 23 February 2007.
Mr Ramage is 46 years of age and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He will be
responsible for the financial management and administrative support functions,
and participates in the strategic investment and treasury management functions.
Mr Ramage has worked for a number of companies including Transnet, the
Professional Water Management, Hlano Investments and Bankorp.
The appointment of Mr Ramage will bring to the company the much needed financial
expertise and experience. Mr Ramage will also play an important role on the
board in identifying new business and strategic opportunities.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr G Kgage will replace Mr KJ Gribnitz as
chairman. Mr KJ Gribnitz remains as a non-executive member of the board.
