TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes aware that the
financial results for the next period to be reported on will differ by at least
20% or more from those of the previous corresponding period.
The directors of Yorkcor are expecting to report, for the year ended 31 December
2006, earnings per share to be between 390% and 410% and the headline earnings
per share to be between 480% & 500% higher compared to the previously reported
corresponding period.
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on
by Yorkcor`s auditors. The year end results announcement is expected to be
published on or about 27 February 2007.
