CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of Siyathenga linked units ("linked unitholders") are advised that the
company has entered into negotiations with two broad based black economic
empowerment consortia which if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company`s linked units.
These negotiations are in line with the Company`s commitment to the
implementation of the property sector transformation charter.
Accordingly, linked unitholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company`s linked units until a further announcement is made.
