DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend declaration amount/rate of 4.15 pence per
share has been declared and that the exchange rate relating to the OLD MUTUAL
PLC share instalment will only be announced on Friday, 20 April 2007. Payment
date of the dividend will be Thursday, 31 May 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 May 2007. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 May 2007 and the record date
