RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
The directors of UCS are pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of
ordinary shareholders held on 27 February 2007, the requisite majority approved
the agreement, dated 31 January 2007, entered into between UCS, Tactical
Software Systems (Proprietary) Limited ("TSS") and UCS Solutions Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited ("UCS Solutions"), in terms of which UCS will acquire the
25.1% shareholding in UCS Solutions owned by TSS. Details of the agreement are
contained in a circular to UCS shareholders dated 12 January 2007.
