Brands Limited, has disposed of 9 864 ordinary shares of 10 cents each in Tiger
Brands Limited, being shares that were beneficially held by M C Norris.
9 864 shares were disposed of on 26 February 2007 at the price reflected
hereunder:

In accordance with the provisions of clause 3.66 of the Listings
