DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, CPA
Property Syndication (Proprietary) Limited ("CPA") purchased 39 900 Octodec
linked units at a price of 1570 cents per linked unit with a total value of R626
430.00 on 26 February 2007.
Alec Wapnick, Octodec`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
11.70% of the share capital of CPA. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of 11.70%
and 46.60% of the share capital of CPA respectively. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
