DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In terms of an agreement entered into between City Property Administration
(Proprietary) Limited ("CPA") and certain of its employees, CPA has the option
to acquire the share options allocated to employees in the event that the
employee resigns from CPA. Accordingly, CPA has acquired the following linked
units pursuant to the resignation of one of its employees:

Number of linked units purchased: 137 426 at R7.40 per linked unit
Total value of transaction: R1 016 952,40
Class of securities: Linked units
Alec Wapnick, Octodec`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
16.67% of the share capital of CPA. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of 16.67%
and 66.67% of the share capital of CPA respectively. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
