DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS
LIMITED (RMH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 61.5 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday, 26
March 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 15 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 16 March 2007 and the
record date will be Friday, 23 March 2007.
