DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IPL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for IMPERIAL HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to IMPERIAL
HOLDINGS LIMITED (IPL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 120 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday,
02 April 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 23 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 26 March
2007 and the record date will be Friday, 30 March 2007.
