Resignation of directors
Shareholders are advised that in line with the recent Black Economic Empowerment
transaction announced earlier in the day, the following directors have resigned
from the board of directors of Adcorp (`the board") with immediate effect, in
order to facilitate representation of the new empowerment partners on the board,
as well as to facilitate far more streamlined management structures for the
business.
