TRADING UPDATE AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
With reference to the announcement regarding conclusion of an international
supply agreement ("the supply agreement") published yesterday, 28 February 2007,
the company would like to bring the following information to the attention of
its shareholders.
The supply agreement is valued at approximately USD4 million, consisting of 1
million units at USD4,00 per unit.
As a result of the timing of the supply agreement, the company will not meet its
forecast results for the year ending 28 February 2007 as reported in the
prospectus dated 15 September 2005.
For the year ending 28 February 2007, the company anticipates making a loss
which is likely to be higher than the loss reported in the previous financial
year. A trading statement, in accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, will be issued once the extent of the difference is known
with a reasonable degree of certainty.
Shareholders are therefore requested to exercise caution when dealing in the
securities of the company until a more detailed trading statement is published.
