DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MUR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MURRAY AND
ROBERTS HOLDINGS LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to MURRAY AND ROBERTS HOLDINGS LTD (MUR) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 45 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 16 April 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 4 April 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 5 April 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 13 April 2007.
