Change in directorate of a director
In compliance with JSE Listings Requirements, rule 3.59, Spescom herewith
advises the following changes to its board:
The resignation of non-executive director, Mr W Kansteiner, from the board of
Spescom Limited, with effect from 1 March 2007. Mr Kansteiner was appointed to
the Spescom Limited board on 5 April 2004 and Spescom`s board of directors
extend their gratitude to him for his years of service.
The appointment of non-executive director, Mr C Lister-James, with effect from
28 February 2007. Mr Lister-James will serve on the Spescom Limited board as an
alternate director to Mr M Mogase.
