Posting of Delta`s annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Delta`s audited group results for the year ended 27 December 2006,
published on 19 February 2007, the annual report has been posted today. The
annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published audited
results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Delta will be held at 11:00 on
Wednesday, 9 May 2007 at the company`s registered office, the Board Room, 11th
Floor, Sandton City Office Tower, Rivonia Road, Sandown, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual report.
