DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE SHARE DIVIDEND
The directors of PSG Financial Services Limited have declared a dividend of
4.505 cents per share in respect of the cumulative, non-redeemable, non-
participating preference shares for the six months ended 28 February 2007.
The following are the salient dates for the payment of the preference
dividend:

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Friday,
