TRADING UPDATE AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders of Chrometco are hereby advised that management has reviewed the
financial results for the 12 months ended 28 February 2007 and are expecting a
decrease in loss per share and headline loss of 67%. The loss and headline loss
per share for the year ended 28 February 2006 was 0,07 cents per share and
management expects the current loss per share to have improved to 0,023 cents
per share.
The financial information in this trading update has not been audited or
reviewed by the company`s auditors.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that Mr. Edward Bramley has
resigned as non-executive director of the company with effect from 28 February
2007.
