Changes to the board of directors
Shareholders are notified that Mr Montaque Senekal has been appointed as an
executive director of SELCo with immediate effect. Mr Senekal has more than
forty years` experience in the electricity field, the last eight of which have
been with the group. Mr Senekal is a qualified Electrical Engineer and also
oversees the group`s Occupational Health and Safety matters.
Mr Pierre Jacobs, an executive director of SELCo, has resigned with immediate
effect to pursue other business interests. The board wishes to thank Mr Jacobs
for his valuable contribution.
