CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for THE BIDVEST
GROUP LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating
to THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED (BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a capital reduction amount of 198 cents per share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 2 April 2007.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 23 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 26 March 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 30 March 2007.
