Shareholders are referred to the joint transaction announcement of CET and
Dynamic dated 2 November 2006 wherein they were advised that CET and
Dynamic had concluded a series of agreements in terms whereof, inter alia,
Dynamic would be repositioned to hold investments in the gaming industry ,
would acquire all of CET`s interests in Grand Parade Investments Limited
and CET would increase its shareholding in Dynamic and Dynamic would
dispose of all of its operating subsidiaries to a wholly-owned subsidiary
of CET.
Shareholders are advised that CET and Dynamic are currently engaged in
further negotiations with each other to restructure the transaction in
order to ensure compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements. CET and
Dynamic shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution in dealing
in their shares until such time as a further announcement has been
published in this regard.
