Changes to the Board of Directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that Mr KJ Gribnitz has resigned as an executive
director of the company but will still serve on the board as a non-executive
director with effect from 7 March 2007.
Following the company`s recent successful capital raising and initiatives
announced by Miranda, further changes to the Board are expected in due course.
