DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON STANDARD BANK GROUP LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("SBKIHB")
With reference to the dividend announcement dated 5 March 2007, the Directors of
Standard Bank Group Limited have declared a final dividend of 176 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 16 April 2007 to ordinary shareholders,
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 13
April 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
SBKIHB, will receive a Standard Bank Group Limited final dividend of 176 cents
per security payable on Monday, 16 April 2007 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Wednesday, 4 April 2007.
SBKIHB Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Thursday, 5 April 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 13 April 2007.
