DECLARED DIVIDEND AND CAPITAL DISTRBUTION OUT OF SHARE PREMIUM ANNOUNCEMENT
ON IMPERIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("IPLIHA")
With reference to the Dividend and Capital Distribution out of share
premium announcement dated 28 February 2007, the Directors of Imperial
Holdings Limited have declared a Distribution of 280 cents per ordinary
share payable on Monday, 2 March 2007 to ordinary shareholders as an
ordinary dividend of 120 cents per ordinary share and a capital
distribution out of share premium of 160 cents per share, recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 30 March 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities,
IPLIDA, will receive a Distribution of 280 cents per security payable as an
ordinary dividend of 120 cents per share and a capital distribution out of
share premium of 160 cents per share, payable on Monday, 2 April 2007. The
last day to trade ("cum" the distribution) in order to participate in the
dividend and capital distribution out of share premium will be Friday, 23
March 2007.
IPLIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
and capital distribution out of share premium from the commencement of
business on Monday, 26 March 2007, and the record date will be Friday, 30
March 2007.
