Joint Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the joint transaction announcement of CET and
Dynamic dated 2 November 2006 wherein they were advised that CET and Dynamic had
concluded a series of agreements in terms whereof, inter alia, Dynamic would be
repositioned to hold investments in the gaming industry and would acquire all of
CET`s interests in Grand Parade Investments Limited and CET would increase its
shareholding in Dynamic and Dynamic would dispose of all of its operating
subsidiaries to a wholly-owned subsidiary of CET.
Shareholders are further referred to Dynamic`s offer circular, posted to the
shareholders of Grand Parade Investments Limited and dated 24 January 2007, and
are informed that the JSE Limited did not accept the proposals for the continued
listing of Dynamic, based on the current transaction structure set out in the
aforesaid announcements and offer circular.
Shareholders are advised that CET and Dynamic are currently engaged in further
negotiations with each other to restructure the transaction in order to ensure
compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements and the continued listing of
Dynamic. CET and Dynamic shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution
in dealing in their shares until such time as a further announcement has been
published in this regard.
