Shareholders are advised that, based on an unaudited estimate, the group`s
results for the year ended 31 December 2006 compared to 2005 are expected to
reflect an increase in headline earnings per share and earnings per share of
between 20% and 30%.
The estimated financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the
auditors of the company.
Further details will be provided when Metair`s abridged audited results for the
year ended 31 December 2006 are released on or about 15 March 2007.
