Trading statement for the four months ended 28 February 2007
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company
is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes aware that
the financial results for the next financial period to be reported on will
vary by 20% or more from those disclosed in a profit forecast previously
provided to the market.
Zeder hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the
earnings and headline earnings per share for the four months ended 28
February 2007 will exceed the forecasted earnings and headline earnings per
share for the four months ended 28 February 2007 by between 260% and 280%.
The financial results on which this trading statement has been based have
not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The next set of financial results of the company will be published on or
about 17 April 2007.
