BOARD CHANGE
Lonrho Africa Plc (AIM: LAF), an African infrastructure and natural resources
Company with a diverse portfolio of assets focussing on servicing Western
investment across Africa, announces the following management update.
Gerard Holden, the Joint Executive Chairman, has advised the Company he will be
stepping down from the Lonrho Board and from his other board positions in the
Company`s subsidiaries, effective from today, to focus on additional business
interests.
David Lenigas, Executive Chairman of Lonrho Africa Plc, commented:
"Gerard has been an enormous support to me and the Board, sharing his valued
knowledge from his extensive mining and finance experience. We wish him well in
his future endeavours with his other business interests outside Lonrho."
