The Private Placement
Select institutional investors in South Africa and London and private
clients of selected stockbroking companies in South Africa are reminded
that the private placement closes on Thursday, 15 March 2007 at 12H00
(SA TIME).
In terms of the Private Placement:
Existing vendors of Raubex are selling 55 852 730 Raubex shares at an offer
price per share of R13.50 to R15.00;
No new shares are being issued by Raubex; and
Raubex is not raising capital.
It is anticipated that the book building exercise will be completed at a
share price of R15 per share.
