Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement dated 18 December 2006 in
respect of the offer by Emira to acquire all the issued linked units in
Freestone and are advised that the following dates are of importance:

Voting record date to vote at the scheme Wednesday, 14 March
meetings by close of trading on
Last day for receipt of proxies for the Thursday, 15 March
scheme meetings by 10h00 (see note 3

Scheme meeting of Freestone shareholders Monday, 19 March
